The global warming has become an universal concern in the international society.The greenhouse gases whose main component is CO2 contributs to climate warming.The greenhouse gas produced by the construction industry accounts for one-third of global greenhouse gas emissions.Construction industry of our country in building,construction and use process not only consumes large amounts of energy,but also produces large amounts of carbon dioxide.With the rapid development of our country's economy,carbon emissions in construction industry gradually gets people's concern.Building materials industry and construction industry belong to a large industry chain and building materials industry as the basis for the building industry is an important supporting industry of building industry.At present the green building materials promots building materials industry,the green of building material's production and application not only promote energy conservation and emissions reduction,impel the building materials industry to become a ecological industry which is coordinated development of economy,environment,social,but also lay a good foundation for the development of green building.In return,green building promotes the rapid development of the green building materials.In this paper,based on the theory of Life Cycle Assessment,the life of the building is divided into stage of building materials production and transportation,construction,use,maintenance and demolition stage.By consulting a large number of literature at home and abroad and analysing many data,The carbon emission factor of the fossil energy as well as the main building materials was obtained.A mathematical model based on hierarchy analysis of value engineering was established,analysis the technical performance,environmental impact and economic costs of the building materials by adopting the analysis method that combines the qualitative with quantitative,To ensure the green degree of the building,the value engineering matrix was constructed by connecting cost matrix with technical performance matrix which was obtained by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).For the wide use of various solid waste in concrete,calculating the carbon emissions which was produced concrete production,transportation,construction and analysing the influence on environment.In this paper,taking frame structure for example,calculating thecarbon emissions of the concrete that natural aggregate,recycled aggregate and iron tailings aggregate from Xi an in every phase of life cycle assessment,confirm the environmental cost and economic costs,which was based on the mathematical model.that concretes use.finally analysing the green degree index of the three buildings from the angle of concrete's single factor.
