Computer aided design and analysis and simulation(CAD / CAE)technology in the social entities in the industry more widely,and achieved significant economic benefits.But in practical,the degree of collaboration between the two is not high,and the design part and simulation part can not realize the real-time data interaction.The research of this paper will play a positive role in the realization of the integration of design and simulation.A research institute in the nuclear power equipment support frame structure design process,including selection design,the establishment of three-dimensional model,mechanical simulation analysis of such problems.The concrete manifestation is as follows:the demand for human resources is large;the design of the supporting structure of the nuclear power equipment,including the establishment of three-dimensional model,mechanical simulation analysis and design report writing on the existence of such problems,the design of the different aspects of information and data exchange accuracy is low,low efficiency;a long design cycle.Therefore,it is possible to solve the above problems by realizing the integration and function development of different software,establishing the system platform of design and simulation,realizing the solidification and real-time of the design flow.This paper studies the practical application of "engineering middleware" technology in the design of the supporting frame of nuclear power equipment,which includes CAD /CAE integration technology,3D parametric modeling technology,finite element analysis technology,CAD / CAE related software secondary development Technology and so on.The platform(frame)of the design and simulation system of the nuclear power equipment support frame was established by Visual C # Microsoft.The software(Excel 、 Creo,Ansys)used in the design of the support frame was integrated.Through the secondary development of the software technology to achieve real-time interaction with the system platform data,making the user does not need to master the application of the software,the completion of the nuclear power equipment support frame structure of the rapid design.This paper also studies the application of "engineering middleware" technology in multidisciplinary parametric design software(CAXPD),and illustrates the development status of China’s "engineering middleware" with wide applicability.
