| The tire burst is one of the main causes of highway traffic accidents.How to prevent tire burst is a long-term concern of researchers these years.The tire press monitoring system(TPMS)is able to obtain the real-time tire pressure,temperature when a vehicle driving,and alarm to remind the driver to take the corresponding operation when the tire pressure and temperature are abnormal.So,TPMS can reduce the occurrence of tire burst and ensure the safety of driving.In this thesis,a tire pressure monitoring system is designed based on FXTH87,which is a Freescale’s tire pressure monitoring chip.In this system,the tire pressure and temperature monitoring module is used to monitor the tire pressure and temperature in real time,while the vehicle-mounted receiving and processing module is used to receive,process and display the tire information,and achieve alarm functions under abnormal situations.The content of this thesis mainly includes:(1)The function requirements and technical requirements of TPMS are analyzed in detail.,and the overall design of the system is completed.The technical scheme of TPMS is put forward.Then,the tire pressure monitoring chip,vehicle-mounted processing chip,power supply unit and other major components are selected.(2)The hardware and software of the tire pressure and temperature monitoring module is developed,including the design of the circuit schematic and PCB board based on FXTH87,and the development of module software.This module can achieve the tire pressure and temperature acquisition and wireless transmission.(3)The hardware and software of the vehicle-mounted receiving and processing module is developed,including the design of the power supply circuit and the debugging circuit for serial port based on MKW01Z128,and the development of vehicle-mounted module software based on C language.This module can achieve the reception,processing and displaying of the tire pressure and temperature as well as alarming under the abnormal conditions.(4)The functions of the developed TPMS is comprehensively tested,including the functions of tire pressure and temperature monitoring,wireless transmission,and the data receiving,processing,displaying and alarming at the vehicle-mounted module are tested in detail.The test results indicate that the system can achieve the tire pressure and temperature monitoring accurately.The developed TPMS meets the design requirements. |
