The highway maintenance work is wide and hard.In the complex environment of open traffic,all kinds of risk factors may lead to the occurrence of safety accidents at any time,which will seriously threaten the safety of life and property of the operators.With the increasing scale of highway network in China,highway maintenance and management are more and more arduous,and more and more highway maintenance work in the production safety issues are highlighted,such as the maintenance work in the process of casualty rate rising.At the same time,because of the complex and changeable characteristics of highway maintenance,the management of highway maintenance safety can not only rely on experience,but also need advanced technology.Therefore,this paper aims to reduce the safety accident level of highway maintenance operations,improve the safety level of operation and the traffic capacity of the operation area.The main research contents include the following aspects:First of all,on the basis of deep excavation of accident data of highway maintenance work,this paper analyzes the characteristics of safety accidents of highway maintenance operations,summarizes the reasons of road maintenance operations different from highway construction operations,and points out the main types of accidents in highway maintenance operations;This paper puts forward the basic idea of using the system safety theory to analyze the risk factors of highway maintenance operation,designs and carried out 1272 questionnaires covering Shaanxi Province,and uses the SPSS software to carry out factor analysis on 1073 valid questionnaires,Finally,18 major influencing indexes were extracted,and a simple,practical and operational risk assessment index system for highway maintenance was constructed.Secondly,with Bayesian network analysis software GeNIe2.0,combined with expert knowledge and machine learning to determine the causal relationship between the nodes,the Bayesian network model topology is established,and the Bayesian network parameters are determined,A complete risk assessment model for road maintenance operations,In view of the general situation of the risk situation,the use of the model for the reverse reasoning,sensitivity analysis,the maximum cause of the chain analysis,put forward the proposed safety of production recommendations.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the application process of the evaluation model,and the reliability,practicability and accuracy of the model are verified.
