Drainage asphalt pavement(OGFC)has many functions,such as drainage,noise reduction,anti sliding and so on.It can reduce the impact of water in rainy days,improve the safety of driving.However,because of its special structure,the drainage asphalt pavement compared to ordinary pavement durability problems facing more and more severe,high viscosity asphalt can effectively solve these problems,but the current study for high viscosity asphalt is not perfect in our country,the high viscosity modified agent is mainly imported,expensive price increase the road construction cost.Therefore,in this paper,a new kind of cheap TPS high viscosity modifier was studied.First,the preparation of 3%,8%,13%,18% different content of the new TPS high viscosity modified asphalt,respectively,and the road performance test;and then according to the test index of the SHARP program in the DSR and BBR test and obtained through fitting zero shear viscosity(ZSV).SBS I-C modified asphalt,the dosage of 12% Japanese TPS high viscosity modified asphalt were analyzed and compared between each performance,adding that new TPS modifier can obviously improve the viscosity of asphalt and aggregate bond strength,improve the asphalt high temperature and the temperature sensitivity,enhanced resistance aging,but on the low temperature performance is not obvious,there is a big gap between the SBS modified asphalt.According to the requirements of the specification,the recommended dosage of new TPS is 13% ~ 18%.Then the selection of OGFC-13 grade,still the performance comparison of different TPS and SBS asphalt mixture performance,including high temperature performance,low temperature performance,water stability and anti loose performance,"Twist loose instrument" is in the temperature,pressure and time under different factors of twist effect on rutting,anti loose performance of this method is more suitable for the evaluation of drainage asphalt pavement and pavement,it closer to actual stress environmen;The new TPS modifier can improve the high temperature performance,water resistance and anti loose performance of the road to a great extent,Due to the TPS containing resin composition,the low temperature performance of the pavement is not improved,and the corresponding performance of 12% TPS asphalt in Japan and the new TPS performance of the content of 18% are similar.Combined with the measured asphalt index,the correlation analysis method is used to calculate the best evaluation index of high viscosity asphalt is 60 zero shear viscosity and toughness..Finally,by mixing machine for mixing the mixture,the contact torque resumes between asphalt and high viscosity asphalt construction temperature,resulting in 13% new TPS high viscosity asphalt mixing and compaction temperature were 174±3? and 161±3?,18% new TPS high viscosity asphalt mixing temperature and compaction temperature were 186±3? and 172±3?,10 ~ 20 ? higher than the matrix asphalt.The results show that this new type of TPS high viscosity modifier has a great application prospect in the drainage asphalt pavement.
