Research On The Strategy Of Developing Modern Logistics In Railway Freight Transportation Industry

With the development of market economy,the rise of the various modes of transportation,the share of railway transportation in the market showed a declining trend,under the traditional transportation mode,railway freight transportation has been unable to obtain substantial benefits,in the case,it is necessary for railway freight industry to develop modern logistics in Chinese transportation market.Therefore,it is important for railway freight to develop modern logistics.the rapid development of modern logistics industry,business railroad yard in the traditional sense to handle increasingly highlighted the backward tendency,and advanced logistics base compared to rail freight yard technology lag.It is difficult with the rapid development of modern logistics industry standards.So,it is imperative that railway yard logistics node development plan is to adjust the transport market and operational manner,improve logistics and information systems to meet the needs of shippers' needs and market development.Firstly,This paper carries on analysing railway related freight theory,the theory of the modern logistics in-depth,such as railway freight characteristics and classification,the traditional logistics,modern logistics,supply chain and the third party logistics;secondly,presented the status of the development of China railway freight industry,and analysed the relation and the difference between railway freight industry and modern logistics center,on the basis of the above research,summed up some problems which existed in the development of railway freight industry and direction of future development.Thirdly,the paper systematically discusses three modes of railway freight transportation industry to develop modern logistics:constructing the virtual alliance of railway logistics,establishing regional logistics network,and establishing the national logistics network.Application of fuzzy evaluation method is to railway freight develops modern logistics to select specific path of empirical analysis,taking Beijing Railway Bureau Fengtai Freight Center for instance,by constructing the evaluation index system,the results show that optimal mode for the Beijing Railway Bureau to develop modern logistics is constructing railway logistics virtual alliance.Finally,it is aimed at problems existing in railway freight transportation development present situation and the specific empirical analysis results,presenting related countermeasures and suggestions of rail freight industry to expand modern logistics,including the governmental effect,railway logistics informatization construction,railway transportation scale,the logistics personnel training and other aspects.This article will strengthen information into research,first built with ACCESS database tables,including user information table,single user demand;secondly,the VB and ACCESS database links;then using VB and ACCESS programming language programming information platform to achieve customer demand for goods online to fill orders,select packaging,warehousing,insured,door to door,commissioned pieces,sending pieces of personalized message notification business,if clients have comments or suggestions,they could communicate with the customer.Thus simplifying procedures for business,providing customers with maximum convenience.At the same time,the railway yard logistics nodes maximize efficiency.
