Secondary wiring is the main component of the secondary design,which is the priority in electrical engineering.The secondary wiring is composed of secondary equipment according to certain demands.The main task of secondary wiring is to inspect,adjust,control and protect the primary equipment.The design of secondary wiring is complicated and inefficient in practical engineering because it depends on manual work.It is necessary to design a automatic wiring system instead of the time-consuming manual design in order to enhance productivity and keep up with the trend of the industrial development.The intellectualized design of electrical schematic diagram is realized.The electrical schematic diagram is the key to the secondary design system research and the important data of the secondary wiring system.Based on the character that drawings are separated into blocks and layers,the electrical schematic diagram is designed by the use of standard circuit module using parameters.Electric element database,the most important data in secondary loop automatic generation system,is designed to store the information of electrical schematic diagram.The textual notes is unified in order to make the electrical element easily to find and use.The method of drawings collated is proposed to find and fix those non-standard drawings.An method of generating secondary wiring automatically is presented.Using the breadth first search algorithm and the equinoctial graph algorithm,the information of electrical principle drawing is identified and extracted.A method of automatically generating the artificial combination of the layout of the screen surface is proposed and established.The realization under constraint conditions based on prim algorithm and minimum spanning tree algorithm of optimal cloth line routing algorithm to complete the installation and the terminal wiring diagram is generated automatically.A theoretical analysis of the relationship of the database connection,and a complete electrical element database and engineering database are established.The design flow,functional requirements and implement method of secondary wiring automatic generation system are presented.Based on the above methods,a computer aided design software of the system of generating secondary wiring automatically is developed under the platform of SolidWorks using Visual Basic 6.0.
