The gas plant with natural gas for fuel,is widely used in grid for peak-load adjustment,emergency meeting for its’ several advantage,such as high cycle efficiency,high energy utilization,extremely low environmental pollution,outstanding start-up and stop performance,etc.The electrical primary wiring of gas plant is an important part of power system,its’ reliability have crucial influence of the stably operation of power system and the safely,reliably and economically operation of combined gas-vapor cycle units.Nowadays,with the rapidly development of nation economy and complicated power market,the demand of quality power supplying by society is getting higher,the requirement of reliability of gas plants’ electrical primary wiring are getting more strict.By reading mounts of literature,the thesis synthesizes the research status in regards to the electrical primary wiring of power plants and substations at present,and proposes a modified method of the state of component.The method considers the fault condition of each element in gas plant electrical primary wiring,and builds Markov models of them;especially analyzes the invisible fault of relay protection in the modeling of circuit breaker,and consider its’ influence to the system when generating the strategy of the enumeration of element fault states.The method combines minimum path set method and Markov process from the network method and state numeration method and the theory of minimum cut set state from the method of state of component,designs a reliability evaluation arithmetic and programmed it with Matlab.The arithmetic considers the specialty and operation logic of gas plant adequately,two-order numerating are used and invisible fault of circuit breaker is taken into account to ensure accuracy;it also designs minimum path set searching arithmetic,fault state numerating arithmetic and minimum cut set state solving arithmetic,which are simple and effective,to balance the speed and accuracy;at the same time,the indices of continuity and security according to the break down situation of outlet and generator,and the indices of adequacy based on generalized stoppage table,are adopted to analyze and evaluate the electrical primary wiring of gas plant.According to the analysis above,the thesis evaluates the electrical primary wiring of a LNG power plant in Zhuhai,from two different situation of operation.By the example,the application of a modified method of the state of component which proposed in this thesis is achieved.Finally,the thesis analysis the advantage and disadvantage of the electrical primary wiring of this power plant,and offers a proposal to the modification works of the operating electrical primary wiring and extension project for far date.
