The construction process of the ship is huge.Generally,the shipbuilding project consists of several processes,such as sectional production,total section manufacturing,cabin inspection and so on.In each process,a lot of production and inspection data will be produced.Therefore,the importance of the quality of the shipbuilding is to find the defects in the production in time,to ensure the quality of the shipbuilding,and to meet the requirements of the ship owners and ship inspection.In this paper,NBSMS software is used to integrate the construction process of the ship,and collect the production and inspection data during the shipbuilding process,analyze the key evaluation indexes in the construction process,establish the evaluation model,and analyze the data using the principle and method of data mining.In this paper,two methods,the DEA method and the association rule method,are used to evaluate the construction process by multi-objective evaluation.It can objectively evaluate the production efficiency of the shipbuilding enterprises,analyze the low technical efficiency in the process of ship construction,and propose a proposal to improve the technical efficiency.In this paper,the ship construction process is evaluated from the horizontal and longitudinal direction through an example,and the production efficiency of the shipbuilding enterprise is analyzed by using the three models in DEA.First,the CCR model is used to evaluate the relative production efficiency of the current time section of the ship enterprise,and the low efficiency path of the current time section of the shipbuilding enterprise is analyzed.The BCC model is used to decompose the production efficiency,and the production efficiency of shipbuilding enterprises is evaluated from two aspects of production scale and technology.Malmquist index model is used to compare the total factor productivity of ship enterprises on different time sections and determine whether the technology and production efficiency of the current period of ship enterprises are improved.Finally,the association rule method is used to generate the construction rule set,to find the association between the construction indexes,and to provide more accurate relevant rules for the improvement of the technical efficiency.Based on data mining,the multi-objective evaluation of shipbuilding process can provide decision-making support for the improvement of production efficiency and technology for ship enterprises,put forward reasonable and effective suggestions on the status of ship enterprises,and ensure the quality of ship construction.
