| Nowadays,the energy crisis is getting worse and worse,and low energy consumption and suitability have become the development trend of today’s buildings.Low energy building design with the goal of reducing fossil energy consumption and environmental damage in buildings is an effective way to achieve building sustainability.For any region,the design principles and strategic methods that need to be followed in low energy building design must comply with the specific environmental conditions of the local area.In the central Hebei region,the relatively backward economic conditions and construction technology in rural areas,as well as the cold climate conditions in the region,are the main challenges faced by low energy building design,which has put the construction of low energy rural houses in a difficult position for a long time.Against this backdrop,this article aims to explore a series of suitable low energy rural housing design strategies suitable for the current development situation in the central Hebei region using building energy consumption simulation software as a research tool,and organize them into a cost-effective strategy menu to enhance the readability of the series of strategy measures in the eyes of villagers.This article takes rural houses in the central Hebei region as the research object,using a research method that combines current situation analysis and software simulation.Firstly,based on the current development status of the central Hebei region and relevant literature research,a series of feasible and suitable basic design strategies for low energy consumption rural housing are theoretically summarized,as well as the basic principles that need to be followed.It can be foreseen that in the central Hebei region,passive building design strategies and methods that fully utilize natural energy and relevant suitability technologies can greatly improve the thermal performance of buildings,reduce the cumulative load of buildings throughout the year,and thereby reduce the use of non renewable energy and damage to the natural environment.Based on these principles and the basic design strategies proposed in theory,this article establishes a typical model based on a representative rural house built in Wuqian Village,Shenze County,Shijiazhuang(located in the center of the Hebei region),and uses De ST energy consumption simulation software for the next step of simulation experimental research.Through on-site testing and software simulation data analysis of the thermal environment of typical rural houses,it is determined that the software can accurately reflect the energy consumption and thermal environment of the typical model.In the simulation experimental research,energy consumption simulations were conducted on various specific strategies and measures under the strategies of building individual design,building thermal performance improvement,and passive system utilization under natural energy utilization.In this process,the selection of building materials,difficulty of construction technology,and approximate cost of strategic measures were all taken into account,with the goal of improving the sustainability and feasibility of each strategy,Compare and optimize energy consumption data for various specific strategies and measures,determine the optimal parameters or construction methods,and introduce them into the design of typical rural houses.This process can summarize a series of effective architectural design strategies that can effectively improve the thermal performance of rural houses,thereby significantly reducing the cumulative load of buildings throughout the year while ensuring comfort during operation.Finally,this article sorts out the menu of suitable low energy rural housing design strategies in the central Hebei region and conducts economic analysis on each strategy measure.Through energy consumption simulation and data analysis,a total of 25 single or combined strategy measures are selected.Based on these measures,the menu of suitable low energy rural housing design strategies and measures in the central Hebei region is organized(Table 4-2)and the recommended menu of suitable low energy rural housing design strategies in the central Hebei region(Table 4-7),Based on these design strategies,local builders can freely choose from a series of effective strategic measures based on their respective building functions,construction budgets,regional resource conditions,and actual needs,to achieve low energy consumption rural housing design.Therefore,this article elaborates on the development direction of low energy consumption rural housing design that is suitable for the current development situation and has great potential in the central Hebei region. |
