This paper regards the suspension system of Skyworth-F75 DD drum type washing machine as the object of research,and aims to reduce steady-state vibration of washing machine drum in the dehydration process by installing dynamic vibration absorber on the drum.Aiming at this goal,some work has been done in this paper.1.A series of experiments were implemented to measure vibration of washing machine drum under20 working conditions.The steady-state responses of horizontal and vertical vibration of drum under different conditions were obtained.By analyzing experiment data,the change law of the responses was gained.2.Considering the effect of the balancing weight on the top of drum on washing machine suspension system,a dynamic model of this system was set up with the vector analysis and Lagrange method.The modification for parameters of dynamic model was performed based on the curve of the amplitude of drum vs speed from experiments.The results calculated by dynamic model were compared with those obtained by experiments.The dynamic model was verified.3.Single-degree-of-freedom dynamic vibration absorber was applied to the suspension system of washing machine.A new dynamic model of this new system was built with the same method.Based on the new model,the effect of dynamic vibration absorber's parameters on the suspension system were analyzed.Then,the parameters of dynamic vibration absorber were optimized for better performance of vibration reduction and system stability.4.A virtual prototype model of the original suspension system was built by using software ADAMS.The position of the front balancing weight in virtual prototype model was modified on the basis of experiments data.According to the optimized parameters of dynamic vibration absorber,a new virtual prototype model of the new suspension system was established.The results of the simulation of new model under different working conditions verified the effectiveness of dynamic vibration absorber.
