The Research Of Reliability Allocation And Evaluation Of The Harbinger System

As a recorder during the flight,black box plays an important role in civil aviation security.However,with the occurrence of a series of aviation safety accidents,traditional black box cannot effectively play a role in the equipment positioning and follow-up accident rescue movement.In response to this situation,a design team made some improvements of the traditional black.The newly designed airborne recording equipment can diagnose aircraft flight status intelligently.The capability of automatic ejection and self-positioning makes it a useful tool in aviation rescue.In view of this newly designed equipment,according to the relevant regulation the reliability allocation method of FMEA-AGREE has been proposed and used to allocate the reliability goal.Furthermore,the key component which affects equipment reliability has been analyzed.Generally speaking,the following aspects have been discussed.1.The structure of this newly designed equipment has been analyzed.With the analysis of the functional structure,the reliability block diagram has been established.The working scenario of this product has been discussed.2.In response to this newly designed product,the reliability goal has been confirmed and been allocated.In combination of the existing reliability analysis method,the importance of fault influence has been taken into consideration and a new reliability allocation method has been proposed.In combination of FMEA and influence of each component,the reliability goal has been allocated.3.On the basis of product reliability allocation,a comprehensive analysis of this product has been made.In consideration of the loss of various parts of this product,the random network technology has been introduced to examine the relationship between the reliability of each component and the failure loss.In the end,a comprehensive evaluation of reliability allocation results has made.
