This paper discusses the formation mechanism of the behavior affordance of product form , now, the study of product form is mainly in emotional and symbolic surface level aiming at the beauty, the dynamic and the meaning , concerning about too much for additional external factors about symbolic, metaphor and symbol, while ignoring it’s role as communication media,which is have an important influence on human behavior. This paper focuses on it’s important role as communication media,launches research on product form from the perspective of the power of visual percep-tion dynamic without experience, habits, culture. From the level of perceptual form,to explore the relationship between visual perception and human behavior, reveal the Process and principle of understanding product form and getting behavior affordance.Based on the visual perception dynamic form Arne’s theory, combined with the part of visual perception and physical mechanics, in the form of mechanical analysis as a way of interpretation, in-depth study of the interpretation of perception dynamic and its guiding significance for the structure of product form. Then, analysis product form is how to via the principle of simplify and figure-ground to create meaningful form, and discuss the three level of behavior affordance caused by size, direction and rhythm of perception dynamic,which is namely affordance of behavior pattern, af-fordance of behavior pattern and affordance of behavior pattern, combined with the analysis of user cognitive characteristics and process, constructs theoretical model about formation mechanism of the behavior affordance of product form. Finally, this paper analyzes the application and procedure of theoretical model about formation mechanism of the behavior affordance in the product design, and discusses the ration-ality and validity of the model with the concrete practice of the faucets.The achievements of this paper provide the new rule of application, new forms and new methods in product design, and provide scientific and rational decision-making basis for product form design. It’s provide new perspectives and new train of thought for product design, it has certain guidance and enlightenment in the expression the behavior affordance of product form of. make the product form design return to the user experience itself, is helpful to enhance product usability and accessibility, is conducive to the construction long-term value experience between the product and the user.
