Research On The Remodeling And Fusing Of The Space In The Process Of Old Buildings Reconstruction

An old building witnessed the development of history,while carrying the historical context,the spirit of the place,human emotions,regional architectural space form and other factors.With the socio-economic transformation,there are a large number of abandoned factories,houses,schools and other old building space,although these old building space has been demoted,but its own spatial structure can be reused,sustainable development theory to face the old Building space gives the best response.The transformation and re-use of the old building space,in the community is already a common phenomenon and people’s voice is also getting higher and higher,but in the old building space transformation process benevolent see benevolent wise see wisdom.Therefore,through the analysis of the theoretical study and practice of the old building renovation,this paper studies the reshaping of the space in the process of transformation and the integration of the old and the new.The content is divided into four levels,the first level is from the old building to transform their own problems began to analyze,as the paper argument material.At the same time,it analyzes the practical significance of space remodeling and fusion in the process of reconstruction of old buildings,and elaborates the concept of space remodeling and fusion.The second level is based on the concept of symbiosis on the space remodeling and integration to seek guiding ideology and related theoretical support for the next study to specify the direction.The third layer is the design strategy and design expression of the space remodeling and fusion.The design strategy mainly combs from the functional form,the humanistic place,the furnishings and the color light and shadow.The design expression is mainly from the aspects of spatial expression,language expression and pattern expression Giving a summary.The fourth level is through the ease of space in the space of the remodeling and integration of the design practice,based on the practice of way to continue to study the summary.This can be for the future people continue to study the old building space to give some ideas and reference.
