At present,with the rapid development of society,the prevalence of stroke,arthritis and other diseases is increasing,and traffic accidents and other accidents occur frequently.Lead to the number of persons with physical disability increased year by year.For the traditional rehabilitation treatment of motor dysfunction,we usually use the form of rehabilitation doctors and patients one on one.The traditional way of treatment not only increased the rehabilitation physicians' working strength,but also,patients need to travel in large hospitals frequently,and patients need to pay extra fee.Meanwhile,the traditional of rehabilitation training process is boring,low efficiency,and has poor treatment effect.It's a great blow to the patient's confidence in rehabilitation therapy.Therefore,Home rehabilitation,Independent of rehabilitation has become a hot topic nowadays.It is of great social value and significance to study how to set up the plan of exercise objectively and how to develop a cheap and applied rehabilitation training system in independent of rehabilitation.Surface electromyography was used to analyze the muscle fatigue in this thesis.The above result of the analysis is to determine the maximum amount of exercise.First of all,in the preprocessing of sEMG signal,the Wavelet Transform is used to denoise the sEMG signal of the vastus lateralis muscle.The results show that the variance of the signal is decreased obviously,and the denoising effect is good.Secondly,using electromyographic fatigue threshold(EMGFT)as a symbol of muscle movement to fatigue.And muscle movement to tired of time as index,Compare EMGFT with the "gold standard" for measuring muscle fatigue ventilatory threshold.the results showed smaller errors by EMGFT motion time determination of the motion and the ventilatory threshold,proves the validity of EMGFT judgment of muscle fatigue.Finally,in order to more in-depth analysis of muscle working at the EMGFT on the sEMG signal characteristics,the vastus lateralis muscle to EMGFT were extracted from chaotic analysis,chaotic characteristics of the maximum Lyapunov of exponent.The results show good chaotic characteristics of the vastus lateralis muscle' sEMGreaches EMGFT,the maximum Lyapunov of exponent and the signal is less than the muscle did not reach EMGFT.By using of sensory sensor Kinect,we designed and developed a rehabilitation training system which adds rehabilitation training action to the game scene.And according to the real-time sEMG signal,it can analysis whether the muscle movement is in a state of fatigue and make a reminder.The paper has carried on the preliminary exploration to the muscle fatigue analysis and sensory rehabilitation system on the application of sEMG signal,and provides basis theory and technical support for the research on the realization of intelligent assistant rehabilitation training system based on sEMG signal.
