As large industry electricity customers account for quite a high proportion in total energy consumption,reducing energy consumption of industry enterprises has been a crucial support for reaching energy-saving and emission-reducing objectives of China.Therefore,this paper seeks to a kind of demand response mechanism which incorporating energy efficiency punishment in power market in order to inspire industry enterprises to improve their energy efficiency.As demand response system involves electricity customer side and generation side,customer and generator are main research objects.This paper studies on calculation and evaluation method of large industry enterprises’ energy efficiency.On the basis of that,this paper design demand response mechanism incorporating energy efficiency punishment of large industry customers.This paper’s main content and research results are as follows:(1)Research on calculation model of large industry enterprises’ energy efficiencyThis paper designs common input-output summary table of industry enterprises based on energy input-output method and establishes a calculation model of energy efficiency by use of that table,which lays the foundation for energy efficiency evaluation of industry enterprises.Taking an iron and steel enterprise as an example,this paper calculates energy efficiency of that enterprise and analyzes the potential of improving energy efficiency by method of energy efficiency benchmarking.(2)Research on evaluation method of cross-industry enterprises’ energy efficiencyIn order to evaluate cross-industry enterprises’ energy efficiency,this paper proposes an energy efficiency evaluation method basing on the index of equivalent energy saving,incorporating the steps of calculation of equivalent energy saving and evaluation.This evaluation method has the following advantages:easy calculation,high feasibility for engineering application,having definite physical meaning.(3)Research on evaluation model of energy efficiency of generating unitsIn order to evaluate the level of energy efficiency and environmental protection of generating units comprehensively,concept of comprehensive energy efficiency is proposed.Standard coal consumption of power supply,the emission concentration of smoke,CO2 and NOx are selected to form the index set and set up multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system.This paper applies AHP,GRA and FCE to establish comprehensive evaluation model of generating units’ energy efficiency,which lays the foundation for competition and improvement of generating units’ energy efficiency.(4)Research on demand response mechanism incorporating energy efficiency punishment of large industry customersThis paper proposes a kind of demand response mechanism,which incorporates energy efficiency punishment in power market compared with traditional demand response.Simulation model of demand response system,including customer side,generation side and electricity market,is built to verify the effect of that mechanism on improvement in energy efficiency of large consumers.Simulation results are used to analyze the influences on crucial index like total electricity consumption,power market turnover.The demand response mechanism is optimized according to the simulation results as well,which provides scientific basis for related institutions.
