Research On Evaluation And Control Of S Residential Project Cost Management Level Based On Fuzzy Evaluation Method

With the gradual development of economy and society,people’s living standards are getting higher and higher,which promotes the rapid development of the construction industry.The vigorous development of the construction industry is closely related to the national economic development and the people’s life.According to the statistical data analysis in the past ten years,about 6% of the gross domestic product comes from the construction industry,and the real estate investment accounts for about 1/6 of the total investment in the social fixed assets.At present,China’s construction projects exist the problems of unclear orientation,working procedure,management mode is not reasonable,work responsibilities are not clear.cost management has a very important impact on corporate profits and enterprise development space.Therefore,in the process of carrying out construction engineering project cost management factors in the need to gradually explore more suitable for the management of construction projects,to provide scientific guidance for the construction project cost management has very important influence on the construction of the project management.This paper based on the theory of cost management,combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,evaluate and analysis the cost management level of S project.According to the relevant theories of cost management scope,project management progress,project management quality and cost management,designed the cost control plan of S building housing project.In this paper,through specific analysis of the actual cases,from the perspective of technology,methods,empirical research,do a good job of data collection,to provide scientific reference for scientific evaluation of the cost control level of construction projects,and enhance the level of cost control of construction projects.
