In the current situation of energy crisis and serious environment pollution,eletric vehicles are the fundamental way to solve the problem.The development of electric vehicles has been included into the national development strategy by various countries in the world.As a breakthrough to achieve traffic energy transformation and a new round of economic growth after financial crisis,electric vehicles have become the strategic choice of different countries and relevant manufacturers.At present,the global automotive industry is in a comprehensive transition period of transport energy,and electric vehicles also have entered a period of rapid development,complying with the development of the industry.Electric vehicle charging facilities refer to all types of charging and swapping equipments providing electric power for electric vehicles.Complete charging facility system is of great significance for guaranteeing the popularization of electric vehicles.Accelerating the planning and construction of charging facilities is not only the practical needs to implement the national new energy vehicle industry development strategy,but also an effective measure to promote low-carbon economic development,facilitate the travel and improve the urban infrastructure.In recent years,the construction and application of China's electric vehicle and charging facilities has achieved a rapid development,however,due to the degree of awareness,technical level,economic capacity and other factors,the development process still faces some problems and difficulties.How to formulate scientific and rational planning scheme according to the relevant national policy requirements combined with the existing development foundation,is an important subject which the development of electric vehicle charging and swapping facilities faces during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.In view of the above problems,this thesis first studies the domestic and overseas application status in the field of electric vehicle and charging facilities,analyzes the outstanding problems existing in China and the significance of the study and analysis in this thesis;then gives an example of a county in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province(hereinafter referred to as“County D”),to develop 2016-2020 electric vehicle charging facilities planning method,and summarizes the planning experience through several typical cases;through the use of multiple analysis methods,the scale forecasting,site selection,layout research are carried out for charging facilities in County D to develop a scientific and reasonable charging facilities planning scheme. |
