With the continuous development of China’s economy, environmental pollution and resource shortage have become increasingly prominent problems. Therefore people begin to attach great importance to their health and living environment. With the increasing quantity of the city car, the environmental problem is becoming more and more serious. People need a more environmentally friendly, energy-saving means of transport, the electric car has become the focus of the development direction of the automotive industry. Because the electric vehicle has a broad market space, in the support of national policy and the actively developing of the electric automobile enterprises, the current electric vehicle technology has make a big development. In the current automobile market, the electric cars have cut a striking figure and some of them have been into the market, its operation mechanism,.Their business systems have been gradually improved. The power supply system is the core technology of electric vehicle so the national grid will bear the charging load of electric vehicles. To ensure that electric cars can be popularized, we must establish and perfect the system of charging station.This subject is mainly for electric cars in large range popularization, the demand analysis of studying electric cars charging station and the charging station location, capacity, the scope of services problem of electric vehicle charging station, the main work of this paper are as follows:1、develop the electric automobile power supply scheme, charging mode, equipment configuration, monitoring system and service facilities such astechnical scheme of;2、according to the"China State Grid Corp electric vehicle charging and discharging guidance" of building a power plant and Weifang’s economic and social development, research of electric vehicle charging infrastructure capacity,determine the configuration principle and typical configurations;3、according to the government’s policy support, combined with the trend of economic and social development, quantitative analysis of electric vehicledevelopment scale stage application, carry out the charging pile, station layout and planning scheme research.
