With the rapid development of power industry,the scale of power grid,as well as the number of substations is increasing year by year.However,problem of unbalanced development of the power grid arises in the meantime due to uneven geographical distribution of resources such as coal mine and wind energy.With the increasing demand for power consumption,reactive power management and voltage control are becoming more and more arduous.This also forms the bottleneck of the development of power grid in China's power industry.In this paper,the reactive power voltage management and reactive power compensation of Heze power grid are intensively studied.This thesis starts from the analysis of the basic theory of reactive power and voltage,the theoretically discussion of voltage control of reactive power compensation,and the thoroughly analyzed main reactive power compensation equipment.Then follows the elaboration of Heze grid's outline according to the detailed data,the analyasis of the existing problem in reactive compensation and its automation degree.The technical implementation of AVC system,the process of AVC application and the strategy adjustment are described in detail.The technical indexes,control modes and control strategies of automatic control of reactive power and voltage in AVC system are also proposed.Aiming at the fixing dediciencies of voltage reactive power control in AVC system,the dynamic optimization algorithm of reactive power optimization in automatic voltage control system is studied.According to the characteristics of Heze power grid,the number of time slots and the number of states in the mathematical model are reduced to increase the real time performance and accuracy.In combination with the concept of life span management,reactive optimization function is reformed.In order to solve the problems exsisting in AVC system,AVC reactive power optimization system is designed and implementd by combining traditional design with dynamic programming algorithm.In addition,AVC reactive power optimization system covering province,city and county is designed as well as control strategy optimization procedure of AVC uniting province and cities.Heze power grid AVC system improved operation criteria and practical operation results show certain benefits in the management,economics and society,which proved that the AVC optimization could achieve good performance in application.
