With the increase of the height and density of buildings in the city,the speed of the elevator is required to be faster and faster.However,as the speed of the elevator increases,the vibration of the elevator itself becomes stronger and stronger,which will directly affect the comfortable and safety of passengers.In this paper,the high-speed traction elevators as the research object,by using the research method of theoretical research,simulation analysis and instrument test,the vibration characteristics of towed elevator are analyzed and tested theoretically,and the vibration characteristics in different directions are obtained,which provides feasible vibration suppression measures for controlling and eliminating abnormal vibration in elevator operation.This paper expounds the background and significance of the current research on the vibration of the towed elevator.The research status and shortcomings of the horizontal and vertical vibration is summarised.The working principle,main structure,parameters,the harm and evaluation standard of the vibration to the elevator are introduced.The important influence factors of vibration on the comfort and safety of the elevator are studied.The main causes and types of the vibration of the elevator and analyzes.The main excitation sources of elevator vibration are as follows: traction driving system,guidance system,suspension system,acceleration change rate and braking deceleration,which provide a basis for the study of vibration characteristics of the middle and high speed traction elevators.On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the high-speed elevator with the traction ratio of 1:1 and the analysis of the vibration excitation source,the dynamic model of the vibration of the traction elevator system is established,and the dynamic equation of the horizontal and vertical direction vibration is established by the simplification of the dynamic model.The simulation of the vibration characteristics in the horizontal and vertical direction of the elevator is realized by using the Matlab software,and the vibration modes under different load and different guide shoe damping,rigidity and the like are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the elevator is mainly vertical vibration during the whole operation,the influence of the car load on the natural frequency of the vertical vibration of the elevator is not large,the influence of the position of the car on the natural frequency is obvious.Under the same initial condition,with the increase of the damping of the guide shoe,a significant decrease in the response amplitude of the horizontal vibration acceleration of the elevator.The premise of satisfying the structural strength and the rigidity condition of the elevator system,the vibration increase of the system can be controlled by the decrease of the rigidity of the guide shoe and the increase of the damping of the guide shoe,so that the dynamic characteristics in the elevator system can be improved.The vibration characteristic test system of the traction elevator is set up by using the EVA-625 elevator comprehensive quality analyzer produced by the American PMT Company,and the vibration acceleration data of the high-speed traction elevator in different loads,different speeds and different running directions are obtained through the experiment test.The time domain and FFT fast Fourier spectrum analysis of the vibration data are carried out by using EVA-875 software.The influence of operating condition parameters on the peak value,peak-to-peak value,A95 value and natural frequency of the elevatorundefineds vibration acceleration are obtained,and the result of the simulation was compared and verified.According to the experimental test results,the characteristics of the abnormal vibration of the test traction elevator are acquired,and the fault points and their fault forms causing the abnormal vibration of the elevator are studied.Based on the above simulation analysis and test results,the concrete improvement measures to restrain the vibration of the elevator are explored,and the experimental test and verification of the vibration suppression effect of the improved elevator are carried out.The results show that the improved methods and measures have a significant effect on the vibration suppression of traction elevators,which lays a theoretical foundation for the rapid development of the middle and high speed elevators.
