Aiming at the problem of aviation manufacturing enterprises cannot effectively carry out and reuse inspection process knowledge in the digital inspection process.The methods of digital inspection process planning based on the knowledge is deeply explored in this paper.First of all,the research results and the research status of the methods of digital inspection technology are analyzed.The knowledge structure of MBD 3d digital inspection process model is studied.The normalized inspection model constraint information annotation rules are developed.Then the inspection constraint information of the array feature in the digital inspection model cannot be automatically picked up by downstream inspection software.This paper analyzes the related factors that influence the inspection constraint information to be picked up automatically and presents the method of using model image registration.The inspection constraint information of the array feature members in the MBD3 d digital inspection process model is automatically complemented.Thirdly,research on the search and optimization of the equipment resources are studied.Based on the different inspection functions of equipment resources.The hierarchical retrieval model of equipment resource allocation is established.And the retrieval process of testing equipment resource is developed.By comparing the similarity of equipment resources.Combined with fuzzy clustering algorithm,the selection of equipment resources is completed according to different inspection tasks.Finally,the optimal allocation result of the inspection equipment resource is determined by the inspection cost and the inspection time.Lately,this paper realizes the function of the model normalization automatic correction based on rule knowledge,the rapid completion of the model array information and the inspection equipment resource retrieval through C#.The research results of this paper have greatly enhanced the automation of digital inspection.It has some theoretical basis and practical application value in the field of digital inspection.
