With the wide application of electronic control technology in automobile,traditional maintenance technology and training mode have been unable to meet the new challenges put forward by the technical innovation of automobile to the maintenance industry.Thus,maintenance technicians should be armed with electronic control theory and learn to put this theory into practice when they make breakdown analysis and judgment rather than merely relying on their own experience.The thesis will introduce the automobile sensor signal simulation system advanced by single chip computer control technology so as to reform the traditional teaching approach that prizes hardware structure and demeans control principles.First,with sensor signal as the starting point,various sensor signals of different types and from different systems are classified by the sensor signal characteristic analysis method,on the basis of signal inductive classification,the typical fault waveform is analyzed.Second,the corresponding analog signals of various types will be produced by the single-chip technology.This teaching system will have important practical significance to the practice teaching of automobile maintenance in vocational colleges and training institutions and will help maintenance technicians in enterprises to make quick diagnosis of faults.In the thesis,the above sensor signal waveform and data will be firstly collected and analyzed with reference to the analysis of technical data from Beijing Hyundai Elantra cars,the Chevrolet Cruze cars and Toyota Corolla cars and by using the FSA-740 engine analyzer made by the German company Bosch and KT600 decoding instrument.Snice different signals have different functions in the control system,the thesis will propose different concepts of digital signals such as switch signals,frequency signals with regular shape and frequency signals with irregular shape and will categorize the analog signals into two kinds i.e.active sensor signals and passive sensor signals;Secondly,on the basis of different types of signals,system function will be designed so that hardware equipment production and the software programming and debugging will be completed.Finally,four typical automobile sensor signal simulation experiments will be carried out and one representative fault case will be studied in order to verify the designed effect of the system in two practical situations of teaching and automobile fault diagnosis.This designing system can achieve not only the simulation of most of the sensor signals but also that of the relative position deviation signal of the camshaft and crankshaft,therefore,the system creatively solves the problem faced by the domestic teaching appliance manufacturers and expands the experimental project of the engine working principles.
