The Research On Optimization Strategy Of Changsha Urban Complex External Space Resources

At present,our country is still in the process of rapid urbanization,the urban complex of the building form and investment model is also in the rapid development of all types of cities in China are everywhere,Changsha is no exception.In 2014,Changsha city complex area has reached 17 million 820 thousand square meters,in 2015,to more than 20 million square meters,per capita commercial area has exceeded Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,China first-class cities,of which the problem has become more prominent.As a collection of objects in the mega city complex city key nodes,as the name implies,complex will undertake the corresponding part of the city function,city complex provided certain public space.The public space can be used well that is embodiment of responsibility.The external space of urban complex is a large part of complex public space.Outer space is the main venue for the promotion of public consumption and public participation in urban life and complex activities.They are in this intersection,creating a number of features different from other features of urban complex.Because of the symbiosis between the public space and the outer space of the complex,the urban complex has completed the organic combination with the urban space.Urban complex’ traffic location,architectural design,format ratio has a great impact on the way people on the service radius of the city and even the whole city.The complex external space design is very easy to be ignored.The Complex external space as the medium to connect the urban space and the urban complex space,it’s planning and design is directly related to the experience of people in the urban complex and the realization of the economic benefit and spatial efficiency of the urban complex.This study is based on the overall situation of the urban complex in Changsha,combine the investigation and analysis of the case.From the perspective of environmental behavior of "resources-behavior",study the distribution characteristics and problems of the external space resources of the typical complex in Changsha.Then put forward the optimization strategy for the planning and design of the external space of urban complex.
