The rapid transformation of global economic development,knowledge and industrial structure has been developed by the first and second industries into the cultural and creative industries which have focused on innovation and creativity as the service industry.China in the wave of globalization,the rapid economic development,urbanization process to speed up.However,in the process of urbanization in our country on the one hand,the accumulation of various historical contradictions and drawbacks,the impact of urban functions and the overall effectiveness of the play,so the city needs to be updated,need to regain vitality;the other hand,the level of urban manufacturing Improve the level of urban culture,high-quality talent gathered,all kinds of media,all kinds of new industries continue to develop,on this basis,more and more need to relax the culture and creative atmosphere.Thus,how to transform the contradictions and drawbacks of history into the cultural and creative space needed in the process of urban renewal is the problem that needs to be explored and studied in this paper.The development of cultural and creative industries can promote urban renewal,to promote the historic building in the old city in the process of urbanization,to play its due value,cultural and creative industries and historical buildings,not only the combination of economy and culture,but also creativity And the combination of civilization,so that the text can be a better continuation.This article is for the cultural and creative industries for the history of building updates,the specific completion of the following three aspects:(1)theoretical research.Access to research a large number of books and literature,the relevant theory of urban renewal and cultural and creative industries to conduct an overview,and through comparative study of domestic and international practice development and status characteristics.Combing the cultural and creative industries under the history of architectural renewal theory and urban renewal of the relevant theory;(2)strategy research.Through the study of the domestic excellent case study in the urban design level and the architectural design level of the update strategy,from the city function,space form,landscape environment to the interior space function,to explore the city cultural heritage inheritance to the historical building itself,Out of the elements of cultural creativity;(3)case analysis.Then,by analyzing the representative case of historical building renewal with the direction of cultural and creative industry,this paper discusses the relationship between cultural innovation industry,historical architecture and urban renewal based on the theory of urban renewal and the design of historical architectural renewal.Update the characteristics of the case.This paper studies the interaction and influence between the historical building renewal and the cultural creative industry under the background of urban renewal,and makes a preliminary study on the combination of cultural creative industry and historical building renewal and the development mode and renewal strategy.Finally,The research results were summarized and suggestions,hoping for the future for the cultural and creative industries to provide some direction to update the history of building renovation.
