| BIM is based on 3D digital technology,which connects data,processes and resources at different stages of project.It provides multi-cooperation platform for all the participants,to make sure the consistency and global information sharing of project.Municipal tunnel is the rational utilization of underground space resources as well as an intensification of all kinds of pipelines,which is a trend of modernization of urban infrastructure as well as an inevitable result of the development of economic and city.In recent years,the government has been vigorously promoting the development of municipal tunnel in our country.However,due to the lack of experience in municipal tunnel in the domestic enterprises,the municipal tunnel still faces many challenges.In this paper,the developments as well as the present research about municipal tunnel at home and abroad were analyzed.Besides,a practical project was taken as an example to focus on the three-dimensional forward design of municipal tunnel based on BIM,and explore the extension of application of the construction and operation phase.Three-dimensional forward design of municipal tunnel based on BIM was proposed instead of the traditional design mode.It presents a way to realize the 3D forward design of the municipal tunnel based on BIM,in which the model of the site,road and municipal tunnel were built by using Civil 3D,Revit,Hongye software for municipal tunnel,Fuzor and Navisworks to achieve the information transmission between the upstream and downstream of the design,and realize interaction design between different designers.And typical applications such as clash detective,simulation schemes,detailed design and optimized drawing production are summarized.In the construction process,the fine construction of municipal tunnel was carried out based on cloud platform.The method of BIM in the construction of municipal tunnel was put forward and the construction cooperation process based on cloud platform was discussed.The 4D model was built by Navisworks,and a practical project was operated to schedule management as well as cost management based on BIM.The document and quality safety management based on BIM were put forward by using the cloud platform,to improve the control of construction schedule,cost as well as construction worksite of the municipal tunnel.Based on the analysis and summarization of the status quo of municipal tunnel and pipeline operation and maintenance in China,this paper puts forward municipal tunnel operation mode,operation and maintenance framework,and lists specific functional requirements which intelligent platform should have.The exploration of BIM in operation,maintenance,management of municipal tunnel provides a reference for the subsequent research work about operation and maintenance in municipal tunnel.In this paper,3D forward design about municipal tunnel based on BIM was put forward,the fine management of construction and intelligent operation system of municipal tunnel project were investigated.In conclusion,this paper has certain practical significance and theoretical value. |
