Research On Process Performance Evaluation And Improvement Of Construction Project Based On Construction Enterprise Position

Project performance evaluation,as a management tool,helps to improve the project management level of construction enterprises.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to evaluate the project performance of construction enterprises in order to improve the level of enterprise project management and even promote the healthy development of China's construction industry in the case of the performance evaluation of construction enterprises in China is still in the initial stage.First of all,this paper summarizes the drawbacks of the traditional "post-evaluation" model,and puts forward the performance evaluation of the construction project based on the position of the construction enterprise.In this paper,a set of performance index system of construction enterprises based on balanced scorecard is established through literature review and expert interview method,including four dimensions and 13 project performance indicators and corresponding measurement methods for each performance index.The project performance index system is scientific,reasonable and feasible.Secondly,this paper establishes the network analysis model of the construction project process performance index,and obtains the weight of the performance index of the construction project which is more reasonable and more realistic.Finally,this paper applies the method of matter-element analysis to the performance evaluation of construction project,evaluates the degree of correlation function in matter-element analysis,and expresses the level of project process performance by quantitative level,effectively avoiding the error caused by expert subjective evaluation.In the aspect of empirical research,this paper combines the specific situation of the CMGC urban complex project in the implementation phase,determines the classical domain,node domain and measurement value of project performance indicators through the expert interview,Then the CMGC urban complex project is evaluated with the established process performance evaluation model,and the feasibility and practicability of Matter Element Analysis method in performance evaluation of construction project process were verified.According to the results of the performance evaluation of the construction project,the author analyzes the problems in the process of project management,analyzes the performance improvement mechanism of the construction project,explores the ways to improve the performance of the infrastructure project and optimize the project management.Finally,the paper summarizes the conclusions,summarizes the shortcomings of the research,and makes clear the next research direction.
