| This paper focuses on the bonding quality problems of the primary suspension elastic components of Metro vehicles.The surface treatment of the metal skeleton,the preheating of the metal skeleton and the factors affecting the curve discount are demonstrated and tested respectively to solve the bonding quality problems in the production process.Firstly,by comparing the effect of different processes on the surface treatment of metal skeleton,the treatment process which is conducive to improving the appearance and bonding quality of products is studied.Secondly,the influence of preheating temperature and time of metal skeleton on bonding quality is demonstrated through design experiments.Finally,aiming at the problem of "curve discount" appearing in the bonding test of products,the main influencing factors of "curve discount" of products are verified and analyzed one by one from "comparison of bonding area","stress-strain analysis","comparison of conventional properties of rubber materials" and "elongation at break".Through the analysis and study of the bonding quality problems,it is concluded that the treatment of metal skeleton of tapered spring products by directional sandblasting technology is more conducive to improving the appearance and bonding quality of products.The bonding strength of the metal skeleton of the tapered spring products increases gradually with the prolongation of the preheating time at a certain temperature,but the effective formation of the adhesive decreases after a long time of preheating.The bonding strength of preheating at60 ℃ is better than that at 115 ℃.The metal skeleton is preheated at 60 ℃and 60 minutes has the best adhesion.It is not found that the "curve discount" in bonding tensile test is significantly related to the bonding area of metal skeleton of tapered spring products.The "curve discount" in bonding tensile test has little to do with the structure design of tapered spring products;the problem of "curve discount" can be obviously improved by increasing the elongation at break of rubber compound.The elongation at break of rubber compound can be improved by strengthening the mixing process control and increasing the formulation of processing aids such as antioxidants.In addition,the mechanical properties of damping elastic elements used in metro vehicles are important indexes reflecting the comprehensive bearing capacity of the suspension system of Metro vehicles.All damping elastic elements need to be manually tested,assembled and calibrated.How to improve the detection efficiency and quickly and accurately detect the indicators has been the direction of the relevant workers.Through the research of intelligent automatic testing scheme,the traditional and original testing methods are upgraded.At the same time,the research achieves engineering application,and the automatic testing system for the performance of this type of rubber parts is built successfully for the first time in China.It provides important experience for developing flexible,fast,convenient and integrated testing device for rubber products.The intelligent automatic testing equipment mainly realizes 100,000 pieces per year conical spring testing capacity,and the output value is more than 100 million yuan.The product can be automatically changed,tested,judged and collected to MES system by sweeping code and on-line.The data can be analyzed automatically and the quality warning can be made.The flexible line can be mixed with many kinds and specifications,which greatly reduces labor intensity and labor cost,and eliminates typical mistakes such as duplicate number,mixing and leaking process. |
