Fossil energy shortage,environmental pollution aggravate,battery technology progress make clean energy is more and more get the attention of the countries all over the world.On the one hand,by the distributed generation(DG),load,energy conversion equipment and monitoring and protection device composed of microgrid with self-control ability as a renewable clean energy is an efficient way to merge into the grid,is widely used.on the other hand,how these DG are scientific and reasonable operation management,to ensure the microgrid can meet the needs of users in different situations of electricity demand,and get the best economic benefit and environmental benefit,has become the key problems of the microgrid operation management.Papers around the microgrid economic dispatch related question research,has made the following main achievements:Based on the analysis of the distributed generation model and the traditional microgrid economic dispatch model,the bilevel programming is applied to the microgrid economic dispatch area,and puts forward a kind of based on the different characteristics of DG considering environmental benefit and economic cost of microgrid bilevel economic dispatch method,which the upper model in microgrid operation cost minimum as the goal,including fuel costs,maintenance costs,microgrid transaction costs and the cost of default,the decision variables is whether each DG and distribution network work.The lower strata model is the target of the microgrid environmental benefit,The environmental benefits of each DG are judged by the amount of pollution discharged from the unit,the decision variables are the size of the output power of the DG and distribution network.In this paper,the genetic algorithm is adopted to the upper objective function is optimized,using MATLAB Interior Point Solver(MIPS)Solver for problem solving of lower strata.Then consider the time-sharing electricity prices distribution network of microgrid bilevel economic dispatch model constructed in this paper,the influence of microgrid to power distribution exchange electricity prices are the quantitative judgment.The example system is constructed to emulation proof the model and giving the example comparison,the results show that:1)Bilevel Programming for microgrid economic dispatch is feasible,the method to calculate accurate,Especially in should reflect independence between the target model of multiobjective bilevel programming method is compared with the traditional microgrid economic dispatch more can meet the demand of model,can better solve the problem.2)Between two layers of target optimization is affected by exchange electricity price:to sell high price low purchase price and sale price comparing the simulation result of the high purchase price,the high selling price low purchase price when the environmental and operation cost is easier to obtain the optimal;Low selling price higher purchase price,the enviroment cost and micogrid operation cost are conflict,the lower level relative to the optimal results achieved mutual game,this is reflected in bilevel economic dispatch in the process of solving the model.3)In microgrid wind energy,solar energy,electricity storage plenty of cases,this paper builds island and interconnection microgrid bilevel programming economic dispatch model on the optimization of the lower target effect and the results are basically identical.In microgrid wind energy,solar energy,electricity storage shortage,the interconnection state compared to the island state basic will not affect the environmental benefits at the same time can obtain good economic benefit and optimization effect.
