Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the characteristics of small size,high power density,light weight,reliable operation,simple structure,etc.,widely used in aerospace,medical equipment,numerical control machine and other high-performance occasions.With the rapid development of science and technology and industrial society,higher requirements are put forward for the control performance index of permanent magnet synchronous motor.High performance permanent magnet synchronous motor control system depends on the precise mathematical model,the external environment changes and internal system parameter perturbation are randomness and uncertainty,restricts the establishing of accurate mathematical model,the corresponding digital controller design is more complex,lead to the high performance characteristic of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is difficult to play.In this paper,the parameter on-line identification of permanent magnet synchronous motor is launched in-depth research,and the adaptive digital controller is designed according to the result of parameter identification,which further improves the performance of the system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,this paper introduces the structure and working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor,analyzes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor under different coordinate system,on the basis of model reference adaptive parameter identification method and Popov super stability theory,considering the external running environment uncertainty factors and internal inverter under non ideal effect of dead zone on the influence of parameter identification,for the parameter identification of permanent magnet synchronous motor stator resistance,inductance,and permanent magnet magnetic chain,designed an adaptive parameter identification law with dead zone compensation and in the Matlab/Simulink environment,The validity of the model reference adaptive parameter identification algorithm with dead zone compensation is simulated.Second,set up the mathematical modeling of permanent magnet synchronous motor current loop and speed loop,established the relation between current loop ?speed loop optimal PI parameters and machine parameters,using the parameters identification results,real-time update current loop and speed loop controller parameters,combining with the system performance requirements,considering the external load changes affect the performance of speed loop,designs a current-speed dual closed-loop digital controller,witch combining fuzzy control method and adaptive PI method.Simulation results show that the dual closed-loop controller can achieve adaptive control when the external load and internal parameters changed,and the system has good speed tracking performance and anti-interference ability.Finally,the TI company's high-performance digital processor TMS320F28335 as the main control chip,design peripheral power supply circuit,drive circuit,inverter circuit,AD acquisition circuit,encoder receiving circuit and other circuits,complete the permanent magnet synchronous motor control board hardware design;The corresponding algorithm is implemented in CCS7.3 environment.The test bench of permanent magnet synchronous motor is set up.The corresponding experiment proves that the control system has good dynamic performance,stable performance and anti-interference ability,and realizes the high performance vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
