| With the development of the new platform of the company,the company is planning to develop 8X4 heavy truck project.The project weight of the frame target for 1200kg,compared with the original production frame state reduced 10%.In order to achieve the goal of 10%,need to use the simulation analysis of the original frame and the frame of the new program,to achieve light weight design,in order to Achieve Inc planning objectives.The paper,taking a heavy truck frame in actual production as the research object,calculate and analyze the intensity and stiffness of the truck frame by hyperwork,modeling with the shell elements,also the modal analysis of free condition and electrical measuring test。Based on the Working condition requirements of 8X4 Heavy duty truck,the application of higher strength steel,the static structure of the frame,confirm planning scheme,and conduct finite element analysis of their limit conditions,compared to the safety factor of original structure,the various parameters to meet the requirements,focused size optimization and beam layout optimization,to get the final optimization program to improve the program。The final,conducting the trial prototype test,verificate the result of the frame in the finite element analysis with the actual conditions of compliance,confirm the feasibility of the planning scheme,achieve light weight。Final optimized scheme than the original program,the quality is reduced by about 13%;Benefit from application of high strength steel,overall stress level frame rise,but the safety factor of the frame is flat。Reducing structural weaknesses of local stress on centration level,the stress distribution is more uniform。The structural parameters were developed to meet the requirements of the project improved,improve the product development process optimization modifications,and the subsequent product design reference. |
