The earthquake has been one of the most serious natural disasters suffered by the human,each severe earthquake have brought great loss of property and casualties,The study of earthquake action has also gone from scratch,from simple to complex,from the initial static theory stage to the response spectrum theory stage,And then to the dynamic stage,finally is performance-based seismic design stage;Performance-based seismic design is the most scientific and accurate seismic analysis method now,but the structure of plastic stress state need to be considered in the performance based seismic analysis,with a certain degree of difficulty it has not been widely applied;with the development of earthquake study on the seismic performance of the structure,performance analysis has become more and more owners' choices,especially for high-rise building,an out-of-codes high-rise project in Ji'nan is taken as an example to propose the performance design objectives for similar structures in this thesis,run performance analysis and propose some corresponding strengthening measures.The main contents are as follows:(1)First introduced the general situation of the overrun high-rise project,layout and selection of structure,the dead load and live load,the main component size and material strength of the structure,analyzed the overrun of the structure,and introduces the classification and requirements on seismic performance analysis,according to characteristics of the structural,the seismic performance,divided specific seismic performance objectives.(2)Run modal analysis and response spectrum analysis under the minor earthquake by using YJK and MIDAS software,the results show that the two software analysis data is relatively close,and the overall structure indexes meet the requirements of the specification,the structure model is accurate and the arrangement of structural members is reasonable,then run the time history analysis under the minor earthquake by using YJK,the analysis results show that the structural members are in elastic state and satisfied the Performance target requirements of performance target under the frequent earthquakes.(3)Run elastic analysis under moderate earthquake and un-yield analysis of key components under major earthquake.Firstly analyzes the differences between the calculation criterion of elastic design and un-yield design under moderate earthquake,then take the elastic analysis under moderate earthquake,the analysis results show that the structure satisfies the performance objective of elasticity under moderate earthquake,and then verification the seismic performance objective of key components under major earthquake,The analysis shows that the key components meet the performance target requirements under the major earthquake.(4)Introduced the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure subjected under major earthquake by using YJK-EP program.Firstly,the constitutive relation of concrete and steel is defined,and the elastoplastic model of the member is defined,present the calculation principle of elastoplastic time history analysis,then verification the performance objective of the structure under the major earthquake by using three seismic waves,The analysis shows that the key components meet the performance target requirements under the major earthquake.(5)According to the characteristics and the overrun conditions of the structure,add the influence of different number of strengthening layers on the overall performance index.(6)By analyzing the seismic performance of small earthquake,moderate earthquake and large earthquake,find the weak position of the structure.,according to the analysis results,some suggestions for improving the design of this kind of structure are put forward.
