Taking the out-of-codes high-rise 1# building of Rizhao China Resources Land Square Project as project case, According to the given building plans, the structure of the buildings is designed, after the completion of the structural design, in order to verify the reliability of the design structure,in reference to JGJ3-2010, GB50011-2010 and Technical Key Points for the Special Examination on Seismic Design of High-rise Building, this thesis analyzes the anti-seismic performance of the building based on its anti-seismic capability. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Structural arrangement and model selection are made according to the certain project profile, functional requirement and structural features of the building. Based on the out-of-code situation and features, the seismic performance objectives are divides into three categories according to three different circumstances: minor, moderate and major earthquake.(2)Verification of seismic performance objective under minor earthquake. After making the modal analysis of the project, elastic response spectrum analysis to repeated earthquake was made, and the rationality of the structure and the computed results are verified through the comparative analysis of the computed results. Appropriate earthquake wave is chosen to be applied to this structural system and elastic response spectrum analyses to several earthquakes were made. The computed result is compared with the response spectrum method to verify the achievement of seismic performance objectives under minor earthquake.( 3) Verification of the performance objective of key components. The similarities and differences between the calculation criterion of elastic design and un-yield design under moderate earthquake and the reason for analysis on performance objective of key components are stated in this thesis. Also, the bearing capability of the key components in the structural system under moderate and major earthquake is re-checked to verify the achievement of seismic performance objectives under moderate earthquake.(4)Verification of the seismic performance objective under major earthquake. Static elastoplastic analysis method and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis method are introduced in this thesis. Besides, the two methods are applied to this structure under major earthquake. By comparing the results of these two methods and detailed analysis, the seismic performance objective under major earthquake is verified.(5)According to the calculating results, corresponding seismic strengthening measures are provided by the thesis.
