Study On The System Of Traditional Village Group Of Jimo Ancient Port Under The Influence Of Sea Business Culture

Traditional villages are the witnesses of the Chinese nation’s millennial civilization.It’s the result of a specific natural environment,socio-economic,policy and other historical factors working together.The space morphology,architecture style in it showed significant folk customs localization features.Traditional villages show features of the cluster distribution in some areas.They are often produced by one or more common cultural factors,such as business culture,marine culture,river culture,fengshui culture and so on.Many ethnic and regional characteristics of the culture in the traditional village was born,developed,mature,and reflected through the production and lifestyle.Jinkou ancient port had flourished in Ming and Qing Dynasties.Merchant ships transport and dumping of goods in here.The sea business culture gave birth to a party of soil and water,nourishing the traditional villages.Forming a traditional village group gradually.Today,for various reasons,Jinkou ancient port had quit the stage of history,the former glory of the traditional villages began to dim.Many of the material spaces which containing the traditional culture of the nation have been destroy.The traditional village group in Jinkou ancient port facing the dilemma of extinction,but their real value has not been given attention.Based on the above reasons,this paper studies the traditional village group system of jinkou ancient port under the influence of sea business culture from Ming Dynasty to the beginning of the Republic of China.Among them,the sea business culture is not only the starting point of this study but also research clues.The traditional village group is the object of study;the Ming Dynasty to the early years of the Republic of China is the study of the time range.This analyze the regional environmernt of traditional village group of Jinkou ancient port by combining a large number of historical data and existing physical space entity.And then straighten out the correspondence between the history of sea business culture of Jinkou and the evolution of the traditional village groups in the Jinkou ancient port.On this basis,the performance and penetration of sea business culture in the traditional village group of Jinkou ancient port are deeply excavated,such as commercial transactions and transshipment,major public facilities and traditional houses.Finally,construct the traditional village group system of Jinkou ancient port.It including the scale structure of traditional village,the functions of traditional village and the spatial distribution characteristics of traditional village.According to the size of the village within the group is divided into four levels: super class villages,firstclass villages,2nd villages and 3rd villages;According to the functions and division of labor,the villages are divided into commercial and trade villages,commercial service villages,merchant living villages,production villages and ship repair villages;From the perspective of spatial distribution,traditional villages are linearly distributed along ancient commercial roads.
