On The Planning Strategy Of Kunshan Software Park Under The Perspective Of "Characteristic Town"

With the deepening of new-type urbanization,significant achievements have been made in Chinese industrial park development,yet many problems and troubles still exist,and its transformation has gained widespread concern from all sectors of society.In recent years,the construction idea "characteristic town" has provided a bran-new characteristic developmental pattern,and has achieved great success.For this reason,it is of great importance to summarize and analyze the requirements of industrial park transformation,and further explore characteristic transformation path in the perspective of characteristic town cultivation.Based on comprehensive review of related theories,research and practice both at home and abroad,and after the investigation,interview,analysis and summary of current situation of Kunshan Software Park,this paper proposes some main problems existing in its development.First,the decline of traditional production-oriented parks and efficiency-priority parks.Second,homogenization competition and differential development appear in park industrial development.Third,effective coordination is lacked among park investment construction subjects.Fourth,park lacks integrated industrial chain system.Study has found that,in the construction development of Kunshan Software Park,the shortage of industrial characteristics,industrial spatial form support,strong industrial humanities and landscape environment atmosphere as well as industrial facilities supply are main causes of these problems.Therefore,focusing on the reality of Kunshan Software Park,it is imperative to take industrial characteristic development road,which coincides with the goal of characteristic town construction.This paper summarizes the cultivation pattern of characteristic towns,and establishes the cultivation system of characteristic towns in Kunshan Software Park by matching optimization.Through the positioning and path-choosing of characteristic industries as well as industry-related aspects,“animation design full of national culture” is regarded as core.Under the guidance of animation industry,and from four aspects of industrial function,industrial space,industrial humanism and environment,as well as industrial supporting facilities,this paper puts forward some strategies of industrial space overall layout,thematic sectors and human scale;it puts forward the strategies of industrial cultural environment continuation and innovation,aesthetics and consumption cultivation,and comprehensive sharing of network-spreading natural environment;it also proposes strategies of industrial facilities construction,tourist atmosphere creation and town story propaganda.Targeted characteristic building focusing on core characteristic industries reflects the core concept of characteristic town cultivation,which is also the only way for Kunshan Software Park towards characteristic development.
