| In recent years,with the advancement of China’s new-type urbanization,people’s production and lifestyle are slowly changing with the progress of the times,and characteristic towns,as a new carrier for the transformation and upgrading of China’s characteristic industries,have gradually become the focus of national and local attention.At present,the development of characteristic towns in China is in a new stage,and the research results and practical cases for characteristic town planning have gradually increased.In the planning and construction of existing characteristic towns,there are still problems of blind imitation,lack of characteristics leading to the "one side of a thousand cities" of the town,industrial homogenization,lack of competitiveness and insufficient development momentum,resulting in brain drain,and characteristic towns gradually decay in the process of development.In addition,most of the research hotspots on the planning and construction of characteristic towns in China focus on the spatial form,floor plan,landscape construction,architectural style and other fields of the town,while the systematic planning research on the risks and disturbance factors that the characteristic town may face in the development process,especially the promotion of the long-term sustainable development of the town,is very limited.Based on this,this thesis starts from the research perspective of resilience theory,relies on the current characteristic town planning,studies and analyzes the current status and existing problems of the construction of characteristic towns in our country,builds the characteristic town planning analysis framework based on resilience theory,and puts forward the characteristic town planning strategy framework and specific implementation strategies based on this guidance.It is also used in the planning and construction of Jiuhua Huangjing Town,a provincial characteristic town in Anhui Province.This thesis first analyzes and interprets the development process and connotation characteristics of characteristic towns in China,then uses literature research method and expert interview method to identify the status quo problems and possible risk factors of characteristic town construction,and discusses the applicability and superiority of resilience concept in characteristic town planning combined with the limitations and deficiencies of current characteristic town planning.Secondly,combined with the theory of resilience and the characteristics of characteristic towns,the thesis studies the resilience dimensions and characteristics of characteristic towns,namely four dimensions of industrial resilience,facility resilience,organizational resilience,cultural resilience and 15 characteristics of resilience.By combining the process of coping with risks,the analysis framework of characteristic town planning based on resilience theory is constructed to guide the planning of characteristic town.Thirdly,this thesis proposes the planning objectives and principles of characteristic towns in combination with the resilience theory,and constructs the strategic framework of characteristic towns based on the resilience theory from the three levels of space,function and system network,as well as the resilience dimension,characteristics and the process of coping with risks.According to the framework,specific planning implementation strategies of 12 major points and 27 small points are proposed.Finally,taking Jiuhua Huangjing Town as an example,the development status of the town is analyzed and evaluated,and the toughness level and the shortcomings in the construction of Jiuhua Huangjing Town are summarized.Planning objectives and four planning principles are proposed for the overall planning of Jiuhua Huangjing Town.On this basis,planning schemes are proposed for the town in the aspects of industrial layout,industrial type and structure,supporting facilities,spatial quality,organization and management system,cultural continuity and style inheritance based on the resilience theory,so as to promote the sustainable development of Jiuhua Huangjing Town. |
