In response to the "Provincial Department of housing and urban construction on implementing the" notice "measures for the administration of urban sewage discharged into the drainage network license" requirements,enhance the overall water environment in Taihu basin,has been built into full play the effectiveness of pollution control facilities,improve the urban sewage treatment rate of admission into the river,reduce pollution,intends to combine the special planning of regional drainage,the town built a special the planning and construction of drainage area remediation standards,create a standard drainage area.In this paper,through the research of Suzhou high tech Zone district planning standard drainage town as an example,introduces the goal and content of the planning and construction of standard drainage area,how to choose to follow the drainage system,drainage area planning and construction standards to provide theoretical and practical guidance.The goal of the construction of the drainage standard area is "the full coverage of the sewer network,the effective collection of domestic sewage,the acceptance of industrial wastewater standard,the comprehensive maintenance of drainage facilities,the stable treatment of sewage treatment,and the establishment of a sound management system".The standard drainage area construction shall be commenced in the built-up area of the drainage system on the basis of the investigation,to drain into the river,river pollution and sewage pipe network on the end of the pilot survey,to provide guidance for the improvement of sewage pipe network and pollutant source control;combined with the source of traceability and investigation of main pipe network layout and structural function to carry out sewage network.In order to improve the sewage pipe network system;independent sewage systems and roads,rivers into the drainage area,diagnostic investigation,analysis of the drainage area and grasp the problem of rain and sewage diversion,private pull random access,non-standard behavior,drainage drainage source is unclear,making the drainage area of rain and sewage diversion transformation and drainage households accept the plan,and comprehensively promote the drainage area pollutant source control;strengthen and standardize the enterprise wastewater acceptance,implement long-term management,enhance the level of urban sewage treatment.For non rain drainage water out of the mouth of the upstream along the rainwater and sewage,Francis nonattainment area,and network planning scheme for rainwater pipes,sewage interception / reservation of rain and sewage diversion measures;sewage pipe,proposed closure scheme;sewage pipe network pipes used as rainwater;along the river sewage outfall proposed by hanging tube;mixed rain and sewage area,by keeping 2 sets of all the sewage pipe pipeline as to rain through the new scheme of the shallow ditch;municipal sewage pipe network survey and function testing,and clear the sewage pipe water collection scope,pipe diameter and material.According to the forecast of regional sewage,drainage capacity of the sewage pipe,CCTV pipe functional testing,the need for repair,in accordance with the pipe function test suggested that for pipe repair;at the same time to review the sewage pumping station and sewage treatment plant capacity;development of livestock and poultry pollution investigation and agricultural pollution survey,the number of master in the region,the existing livestock farms and agricultural scale and pollution emissions generated by current and countermeasures;targeted analysis of drainage area drainage on the surrounding water environment impact,combined with the data of river monitoring section analysis area,according to the characteristics of the distribution of drainage area,re arrangement of water quality monitoring section of river water quality.The monitoring section of the regional inland lake surface water were analyzed,and compared with the analysis before and after the construction of urban area river water quality change Of.The success rate was 52.18%,the planning area drainage through drainage DaBiao District planning and construction,is expected by the end of 2020,to fulfill the requirements of urban built up area success rate more than 92%.
