The high-rise buildings occupy a more and more large proportion in the new building of our country,among them,the high-rise shear wall structure is favored by the construction industry because of its good integrity,large bearing capacity,convenient space use,good seismic resistance and effective resistance to wind load.This paper through the finite element software combined with the relevant norms,mainly on the structure of high-rise building fixed end rationality and related problems were analyzed,respectively establish separation and the whole model,through the comparison research method,from the lateral stiffness ratio,fixed end position selection and other aspects of research and analysis of the influence on the structure and the performance.The structure for fixed end selected rationality problems caused by different economic research.The main research work are as follows:(1)The actual engineering design model is established,and the lateral stiffness ratio is selected by changing the corresponding conditions of the structure,and the influence on the structural performance of high-rise building is analyzed.Verify and understand the relevant content of the specification,and put forward the suggestions and opinions of the structure design.(2)Establish an engineering example model,select the different embedded end position for modeling calculation,study its influence on the seismic performance of the structure,and compare its differences,analyze its rationality.(3)For the embedded side of high-rise building,not only the rationality of its seismic performance should be analyzed,but also the structural economic rationality caused by different embedded ends should be analyzed.the main content of the fourth chapter is that the economic rationality of the structure is analyzed when the embedded end is chosen not at the same time.Through the summary of the research content,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)From the aspect of structural performance,when the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure is greater than or equal to 2,the location of the embedded end is more reasonable in the basement roof.When the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure is lessthan 2,the fixed end position is selected at the top of the foundation to compare with the actual engineering stress situation.(2)From the perspective of structural economy,when the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure is not less than 2,the embedded end is selected at the basement roof,the structure is more economical;When the lateral stiffness ratio of the structure is less than 2,the embedded end is selected at the base of the top position ratio to increase the shear wall,and the embedded end is still more economical and reasonable in the basement roof.(3)To sum up,the rationality of the high-rise structure embedded end position selection scheme.And through the research and analysis,the shear force wall covering put forward some reasonable suggestions.
