| With the development of Internet of things technology,the intelligent monitoring system has been gradually replacing the traditional manual-controlled or time-controlled system in lighting industry.International Commission on illumination specifically adopt the energy-saving resolution,calling on governments to save lighting electricity.Under this backgroud,the use of high-technology in lighting industry will become a trend.In order to make the high mast lighting more intelligent and more energy-saving,it is of great practical value to develop a monitor terminal based on Internet of things technology.Firstly,on the premise of research on the technology of Internet of things,combining the technical characteristics and functional requirements of high mast lighting,we designed a single lamp controller which integrates data communication,information acquisition and lighting control,and a centralized controller which integrates data communication,remote/local automatic control,local manual operation and other functions.They together constitute the monitor terminal to achieve the automatic control and manual control of the high-pole lamps.This monitor terminal can not only complete the dimming control of lamps but also collect the working status information of lamps and upload the information at the appropriate time to the monitoring center or the handheld device for management and maintenance.Then,the author gave the overall design of the monitor terminal and the detailed design of the hardware and embedded software of the centralized controller and the single lamp controller.The hardware includes MCU minimum system,lighting control module,Ethernet/GPRS communication module,Zigbee/CAN communication module,etc.The embedded software achieved data communication,real-time information collection,automatic control strategy,etc.In addition,PC-side configuration software was friendly designed to config the local parameters of the two for users.At the end of this paper,we tested the hardware and software of the monitor terminal.The results showed that the control terminal can meet most of the requirements of the intelligent high mast lighting.The terminal can be controlled remotely by the monitoring center,but also realize the local automatic and manual control.In general,this terminal is stable,reliable and scalable. |
