With the improvement of medical and health,People are not satisfied to stay in the delivery of drugs by needle injection.The new transdermal drug delivery of needle-free injection came into being.There is a new way of injection that needle-free injection makes use of high-speed liquid jet to inject liquid pharmaceutical into the body.It has represented its more attractive characteristics,such as painless injection,no cross infectio,high medicine absorption rate,portable,low cast and easy to operate.It can also inject the drug into intradermal,subcutaneous or mucosa precisely.Needle-free injector technology presents a booming trend in foreign countries,especially in the United States and Europe,and we can buy different types of products in the market.However as the research of needle-free injection has just started in our country,there is no corresponding domestic instrument come out.At present,experts in related fields have begun to pay attention to needle-free injector technology.Research on needle-free injector powered by spring was more in-depth.The new needle-free injector powered by electromagnetic force is still in the exploratory stage,and sustainable,stable and powerful of the source will become the core areas.In this context,we developed a needle-free injector powered by electromagnetic force that the power source can be controlled.Then we did related calculations and experiments.The main contents of this paper are divided into three parts:Firstly,the theoretical basis in our paper is electromagnetic induction,With three processes of hardware and software design,mechanical design,electromagnetic coil device,we developed a needle-free injector powered by electromagnetic force,and the current system had features such as simple structure,striker double-sided movement,driving force control.Secondly,according to the jet injection process to find the state of motion,we built a mathematical model,and then entered the relevant parameters to simulate the injection average pressure under system conditions such as drive voltage,dose,nozzle diameter,the results showed that the voltage had a greater effect on the jet,and the larger voltage and dose,the lager injection pressure,but the lager nozzle diameter,the smaller injection pressure.Comparing the data from high-speed camera experiment and calculated verified the rationality of the model.At the same time,the physical characteristics of the jet were measured at 30ms/50ms/70ms.Thirdly,the injector has a high stability and is not affected by the dose.We introduced the gel selection,gel preparation and mechanical testing of gel materials in detail,then we used the needle-free injector designed by ourselves to do experiment by injecting agarose gel,and counted the data of jet's injection depth,injection width,diffusion area in the gel to measure the effect of dose,the data showed that the higher gears,the better injection effect when dose in 0.20ml.
