Needle-free injection drag delivery, is a new method which accelerates liquid drag to a certain velocity to penetrate the outer layer of the skin, reaches hypoderm, muscle or mucous membrane site and releases in particular organization, and shows the efficacy of the drag. Needle-free injection technology has relationship with the pharmacy, pharmacology, physics, NC Electrical and Mechanical Technology, and other subjects. Penetrating the human skin in high-voltage high-speed through a tiny hole instantaneously is the key problem of needle-free injection drag delivery system.In this paper, the micro-hole jetting is verified through the theoretical analysis, modeling and experiment, this work has a theoretical guidance value to the design of product.This paper is summerized as follows:First, the background and significance of the topic are discussed. The status and development of axisymmetric jet, micro-scale effects of flow visualization technology associated with micro-hole jet are introduced.Second, the characteristics of Fluent software, the simulation process, several kinds of numerical simulation methods and the basic principles of finite element are introduced.The needle-free injection system and the relevant parameters of structure are concluded as well. Several stages of the inject process are analyzed. The inject process is simplified. The relevant control equation is listed and simulated. At the same time, the different effects of jet on the ampoule bottle nozzle structure are discussed through the simulation.Third, PFV, LDA and high-speed cameras, the structure of the related equipment, the principle of the equipment and the design of the experiment are introduced. At the same time the raw data of test are gotten and a preliminary analysis of the data is conducted.Fourth, the raw data processing of PIV and LDA are introduced, the effective part of the raw data is extracted, Matlab data-processing procedures are compiled for dealing with analysis and comparison of data.Fifth, we compare the difference between Modeling and experiment, and find the simulation has a good results comparing to the experimental data.We analyze the problems of the modeling and made improvement.
