Analysis Of Contemporary Low Tech Design Strategies

This study based on the project-Pukou District of Nanjing City,the East Gate mosque building design,is divided into two parts:Part one is the expression of architectural design,including design analysis,design expression and technical drawings;the second part is research design of low technology strategy and application in the design.Low technology design strategy is often mentioned and discussed in recent years.In the current construction activities,low cost and construction level not to be ensured,are important factors that influence the design and construction,become important issues can not be avoided at the beginning of the design.Low technology design strategy responses to these questions.the second part based on the actual project discusses the low technology strategies,firstly studies the related concepts of low technology,analyzes the concept of specific characteristics and advantages of low technology strategy,then combines excellent cases of contemporary design and analyzes the application strategy of low technology.In the part of practice,the author uses the East Gate mosque as the background of the project,and uses the low technology strategy in design.Through the research and practical application of the low technology strategy,we hope to further supplement the theory of low technology strategy.
