| At present, the Regional Power Grid Substation realized unmanned substation management, the integration of the operation and maintenance personnel, which requires not only for inspection, operation of equipment, but also need to bear the maintenance work quite, this made great adjustment to the existing mode of production, increase the labor intensity, increase the safety responsibility. With the rapid development of mobile robot technology today, to replace the manual part or all inspection has become the inevitable trend of the future development of the new technology of substation operation by robot. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the research and application of intelligent substation inspection robot.Firstly, system of intelligent robot was introduced, mainly related to the detailed description of the robot system and the background system. Analyze the various defects and find ways, and to determine the characteristic value of infrared temperature measurement equipment. According to the equipment condition evaluation results, combined with the infrared temperature measuring device, the existence of hidden dangers, equipment operation environment factors affecting the safe operation of equipment, statistics and comprehensive analysis, determine the results of substation condition evaluation, and according to different operating conditions to determine the different content and periodic inspection.In the statistical analysis of the defects of various equipment, to determine the inspection point of each device settings, especially for the transformation of the robot using a variety of ways to ensure that a comprehensive inspection. Finally, the practical application of intelligent robot is analyzed, which can reduce the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel, improve work efficiency, improve the level of equipment testing and other aspects have played an important role. |
