| Based on image recognition,the substation inspection robot system is a research product combining robot technology,pattern recognition,and Internet of Things.It can realize real-time monitoring of various electrical equipment and infrared temperature measurement in the substation.To reduce the labor intensity of the staff and improve the overall working efficiency and automation level of the substation,it is very important to design a substation inspection robot system based on image recognition.This paper designs a substation inspection robot system based on image recognition related technology.The main research contents of the thesis are:(1)Analyze and study related technologies involved in the field of image recognition of substation inspection robots;(2)Through the demand analysis of the substation inspection robot system,the overall framework design and the relevant selection of the hardware part,the overall design scheme of the system is determined;(3)Hardware design,software process design and software interface design for the substation inspection robot system;(4)In this paper,based on the substation-based visible light SF6 type meter and infrared equipment,combined with visible light recognition algorithm and infrared temperature measurement algorithm to ensure the feasibility of the substation inspection robot in the mission inspection;(5)In this paper,the recognition rate of the visible light meter using the visible light recognition algorithm is 97% and the inspection time is shortened by 22 minutes compared with the manual inspection.The accuracy of the temperature measurement is improved by using the polygonal frame selection 4.8%;It is found by experimental research that the substation inspection robot system designed based on image recognition related technology can meet the needs of enterprises. |
