Application Of BIM Technology In Prefabricated Building

With the rapid development of China’s industrialization and informatization,the construction industry has entered a new stage of change.The industrialization development of the construction industry is one of the important strategies of China’s construction industry during the "13th Five-Year".The State Council issued the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry in 2017,which made it clear that it would vigorously promote the prefabricated building once again.That is to say,the state will promote the innovation of construction methods,vigorously develop the precast concrete,and constantly improve the prefabricated building in the proportion of new buildings.This kind of construction is beneficial to reduce the loss and shorten the construction period.It is in full compliance with the "four save a green" standards to meet the requirements of the application,economy,safety,green and beautiful.And promote the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.The prefabricated building has become the bellwether of the construction industry.BIM is a new concept and associated methods,technologies,platforms,and software.In 2017,the State Council issued the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry.This opinion clearly indicates the acceleration of the application of BIM technology.BIM technology is not only the innovation of design and construction but also the promotion of production and efficiency,which greatly promotes the development of construction informatization in China.In this paper,BIM technology is applied to the prefabricated building to explore the methods of BIM technology using in the prefabricated construction.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The prefabricated building and BIM technology are described.By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of prefabricated building and BIM technology,the feasibility and value analysis of BIM technology application in prefabricated construction is expounded.(2)Taking Baiziwan public rental housing project as an example,BIM technology is applied in the prefabricated building under EPC management mode,Analyzes the effectiveness of BIM technology in the design stage,component production stage and construction stage,summarizes the shortcomings in the process and further optimises.(3)Analyze the economic and social value of applying BIM technology to the project above.The results show that BIM technology can provide technical support and management guarantee for the design stage,component production stage,and construction stage of prefabricated building in EPC management mode.Application of BIM technology to prefabricated construction can provide new ideas and new methods for its development.
