In this paper, small and medium sized container shipping company of shipping market in the existing port set large container shipping company has occupied the market, shipping enterprise competition of hub and spoke network optimization problems based on container shipping.A hub and spoke container network is designed for single distribution.Considering the shipper's choice behavior, considering the service quality, service price,Business Hours shipper may affect the behavior of the three factors, the application of attraction model to network optimization model, establishes a model of the location of a hub,and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the model. Finally,a simulation example is carried out,the the conclusions are as follows:(1)the follower in the shipper does not consider the service unit price, the affected units Business Hours fixed the homing optimal scheme is unique and different economies of scale profit under the uniform convergence to a certain value, but considering the unit service price in the shipper, even if there is no economies of scale, the follower can also obtain certain market opportunities through the establishment of the right to hub port.(2)the follower in the presence of large scale economic effect when the most lucrative, but in the hub port does not exist between the economies of scale, the follower's profit due to the number of leaders decided to design hub port increase will decline.(3)the follower design only 1 hub ports can compete in the leader through the establishment of a hub port for large profits, but for the port set contains 12 port shipping market, the number of leaders are only required to design the hub port more than 2 followers of the profit space will be subject to greater extrusion.
