With the influence of the global economic environment,the shipping market has been in the doldrums for nearly a decade,liner shipping is no exception.the shipping companies reduce costs continuously to promote the fleet size,the owner of the transport market always reduce freight rates because of supply exceeding demand,the carrier in order to reduce costs and stabilize tariffs to cancel off some flights,which results in fleet deviating from announced sailing schedule.While the carrier in order to further reduce costs of ships had to promote the fleet scale,thus forming a vicious circle.In this paper,the main reasons which impact the schedule of the global liner shipping.First,the average of port time is prolonged due to the revocation of the capacity of the liner company.Second,the ship arrived on time or delay,which is asymmetric weather reward or punishment.Then,the prevalence of increasing docking ports.Finally,in recent years,customers complain the reliability of the sailing schedule because of various alliances,blank flights and delay.The different ability's companies are all in the same league,making customers forced to choose companies they do not want to use.The idea of disruption management can solve the problems mentioned above.At present,disruption management has been applied more and more in the transportation fields of air,railway,road,and so on.This paper establishes an INLP model based on different transportation networks,which reflects the different service varying the different delay time and different customers.Furthermore,analysis container ranging because of hub ports delaying which impact regional scheduling plan.Then,solving the model by LINGO.Finally,using practice example to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.The calculation time is very short,you can quickly find the best way to recover disruption,and the results can meet customer service requirements.
