In recent years,the continued downturn of the global economy and the slow growth of world trade have directly affected the international container liner shipping market,making the competition between liner companies increasingly fierce.In the actual operation of the liner,slip delays caused by interference factors not only increase the operating costs of liner companies,but also reduce the customer satisfaction.For this reason,in the event of a liner delay,the liner company needs to make a scientific and reasonable schedule recovery decision plan in combination with the actual situation of the operation,reduce the adverse impact of interference on the liner shipping service,and continuously improve the vessel schedule reliability and customer satisfaction,thereby strengthening their competitiveness.This paper focuses on vessel schedule recovery problem in liner shipping based on customer satisfaction.First of all,this article elaborates the research background and significance of this problem,summarizes and analyzes the current research status of vessel schedule recovery problem,customer satisfaction and multi-objective optimization algorithm at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas and content.Second,this article makes a comprehensive study of the theoretical basis of the problem,mainly including disruption management,vessel schedule recovery problem in liner shipping,customer satisfaction,and multi-objective optimization problem.Again,this article describes the vessel schedule recovery problem in liner shipping based on customer satisfaction in detail.Three recovery strategies are adopted,including speed adjustment,port skipping and shorten port time.Taking into account the economic benefits and customer satisfaction comprehensively,introducing the fuzzy time window to quantify the customer satisfaction as a fuzzy membership function of the liner delay time,and a multi-objective optimization model is established in which the minimum liner operation cost and the maximum customer satisfaction are optimized simultaneously.Based on this,according to the problem and model characteristics,an improved NSGA-? algorithm with nested orthogonal search strategy is designed to find the pareto optimal solution that meets the needs of both the liner company and the customer.Finally,this paper verifies with specific examples the effectiveness and rationality of the model and the superiority of the improved algorithm.The results can provide a reference for liner companies in different market environments.
