In recent years,with the increase of the Yangtze river shipping,ship development in large-scale development trend,the draft is becoming more and more deep.Ship grounding accident to happen from time to tome,not only destroy the channel a serious threat to shipping safety,also affect the efficiency of navigation.Cause there are many reasons for the ship ran aground,one of the most serious is super draft,is more than the channel department of actual loading to draft waterway maintenance depth,directly affect the safety and smoothness of the channel.If the river continues to fall,this situation will be worse.The existing draft technology can’t meet the demand of the Yangtze river waterway.According to the demand of navigation of ship draft detection on the Yangtze river main channel,the draft inspection equipment installation difficult problems,in order to solve these difficulties,this paper designed a set of floating navigation draft detection system of the ship.Adopted the dynamic pressure sensor and Angle sensor to detect underwater structure compensation,according to the access to information,through the data processing,without affecting the normal navigation implementation of the navigation of ship draught from the ship,rapid and real-time detection.The test system including draft perception subsystem,sound velocity calibration subsystem,data compensation subsystem,information fusion and processing subsystem,etc.Because the test platform are floating,evaluate the draft in the navigation of ship underwater,a certain amplitude of swing,will happen in this paper,the floating compensation algorithm is adopted to detect the motion of the frame structure to compensate,solved the system error due to detect st:ructural frame swing.Detection structure itself with rigidity characteristics,deflection change,by deflection compensation algorithm approach is applied in the detection system,solved the problems of system error due to the deflection change.Design draft detection front-end data acquisition module and the back-end data illegal evidence collection module,realized the ship draft data real-time acquisition and information query function.Data fusion and processing subsystem of data collected by the environment parameter correction,data conversion,data processing such as gross error elimination,puts forward the least squares linear regression prediction method and a linear fitting method of the combination method is used to eliminate the ships abnormal data and slipstream interference.Use VC design form a complete set of ship draft detection software,to deal with the draft data as well as the result of the inspection status and real-time display.The scene of the laboratory environment and qualifying examination result is given,determine the system alignment precision,and analyses the uncertainty of measurement.The results show that the system measurement precision is better than that of 0.1 m,meet the design requirements.The algorithm is effective and practical.
