Research On Data Processing Of Ship Draft And Speed Detection System For Xiangjiaba Shiplift

Xiangjiaba shiplift is the second giant shiplift built by the Three Gorges Group after the Three Gorges shiplift.In order to the navigation safety of Xiangjiaba shiplift,this paper develops a set of ship draft and speed detection system to realize the purpose of real-time detection and early warning of navigable ships draft depth and speed.Firstly,this paper design the overall scheme of the ship draft and speed detection system for the navigation of Xiangjiaba shiplift,the system includes ship information management subsystem,AIS ship automatic identification subsystem,ship draft detection subsystem,speed detection subsystem and image acquisition subsystem.Among them,the ship draft detection subsystem is divided into upward scan draft detection subsystem and side scan draft detection subsystem.The system determines the target ship through AIS ship automatic identification subsystem.The upper reaches of the upward scan draft detection subsystem is used to detect the draft depth of the downstream target ship,and the lower reaches of the side scan draft detection subsystem is used to detect the draft depth of the upstream target ship.The speed detection subsystem is used to detect the speed of the target ship in and out of the ship’s compartment.The image acquisition subsystem is used for image information acquisition of target ship.The working schedule of each subsystem is controlled by the subsystem of ship information control and management,fusion processing of all collected data to get the test results and store in its database.The working principle and composition of each subsystem are introduced in detail.The working principle and composition of each subsystem are introduced in detail.the data processing of ship draft detection subsystem,speed detection subsystem and data fusion of each subsystem are emphatically discussed.System uses 4G serial server module to complete the conversion between RS-485 serial port data and network data,realizes the wireless remote communication of system data.Distributed data fusion technology is used to fuse the collected ship information and get the ship navigation information,judge and warn the violations such as overshoot and overspeed.Finally,the laboratory test data and field test data of the system are given.the simulation test results and field test results are also analyzed.At present,the ship draft speed detection system has been running in Xiangjiaba shiplift,realizing the remote control and data transmission of draft detection subsystem and speed detection subsystem.The detection effect of the system meets the expected demand,and the detection accuracy meets the project requirements.It lays a solid foundation for the follow-up work of the project.
